Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for a plumbing company

Our published results come from HVAC and heating companies. They are not plumbing results, but the methods behind them are the ones we use for plumbing clients, and this page explains what carries over.

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC and heating work, because that is where our published case studies are. We are a marketing service for plumbing companies, so we show these as evidence of method, not as plumbing results. Each client is named and linked so you can look at the live site, and the full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth from service pages

The answer first: a site built page by page around real services can grow search traffic a lot within a year.

Roma Heating & Cooling recorded 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What transfers to plumbing: Roma's growth came from search, which plumbing companies win the same way, with a page for each job and each area. A plumbing company with one generic "services" page has the same opportunity. The website service is where that work happens.

What doesn't: the specific searches. HVAC terms and plumbing terms have different volumes and competition, so timelines will differ.

HeatLand: content at scale

Over its campaign, HeatLand put out 850+ SEO articles, and leads rose 300% in 6 months.

What transfers: this is the clearest example of the approach behind our industry content service. Answering many specific questions, well, builds traffic and trust that a handful of pages cannot.

What doesn't: 850 articles is a large programme. Most plumbing companies should start with a smaller set of strong, local pages on the topics that drive their planned work, such as lead service replacement, water heaters or backwater valves.

BCWide.ca: speed of response

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: fast gains usually come from fixing basics, such as tracking, profile completeness, landing pages and paid search structure, rather than from long-term content. Plumbing companies with neglected basics often have the same quick wins available.

What doesn't: 90 days is not a promise. Crowded city markets usually move more slowly.

CanroHeat.ca and HVACDeal.ca: lead growth and return

CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth. HVACDeal.ca recorded 500+ leads and a 12:1 ROI.

What transfers: both point to the value of measuring leads and return, not traffic. That is how we report to plumbing clients: calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job, as described on the ads service page.

What doesn't: return depends on job values. A plumbing company whose typical job is a $400 repair has different maths from one selling $15,000 systems. We set targets from your numbers.

Why we don't show plumbing numbers we don't have

It would be easy to blur the line and call these "trades results". We don't, for two reasons. Canada's Competition Act expects performance claims to be true and supported, a point we covered in our green claims story. And plumbing owners deserve to compare like with like. When we have named plumbing results we are allowed to publish, they will appear here with links, the same way.

How to read any agency's case studies

Whether you work with us or not, a few checks help:

  1. Is the client named and the site live? You should be able to look.
  2. What was measured? Traffic, leads and booked jobs are very different things.
  3. Over what period? "In 12 months" is checkable; "dramatic growth" isn't.
  4. Is it the same trade? If not, does the agency say so?
  5. Does anyone promise you the same result? If yes, be careful.

What we'll measure for you

For plumbing clients we agree on measures at the start: calls and texts by source, booked jobs where your software allows, cost per booked job, and map visibility across your service area. You'll see them monthly. The pricing page explains plans; the contact page explains how to start.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have plumbing case studies?

Our published case studies are HVAC and heating results. We present them as results from our HVAC work and never as plumbing results. If we publish plumbing results in future, they will be named and linked in the same way.

Will a plumbing company get the same numbers?

There's no way to promise that. Results depend on your market, competition, capacity, call handling and starting point. The cases show what the method can do, not what you will get.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each client site is linked here so you can look at it yourself.
