Which way to reach us
The short answer: call if you want to talk now, text if you're on a job, email if you want to send documents.
- Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours to speak with a senior strategist about your company.
- Text the same number with a short note. It's the easiest option for owners who are on site all day.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to attach past marketing reports, ad account screenshots or a list of your service areas.
Because we work across all of Canada from Vancouver, remember the time difference: 9 a.m. Pacific is noon in Toronto and 1:30 p.m. in St. John's.
What to include in your first message
You don't need everything, but these details let us give you a useful answer quickly:
- Your company and where you work: the communities you serve and where your shop or base is.
- The jobs you want more of, for example drain cleaning, water heaters, repiping, lead service replacement or multi-unit rough-in.
- Your rough numbers: average job value, how many calls a week you get now and how many you can handle.
- What you've tried: past agencies, ads, directories, and what did or didn't work.
- Your website address and whether you have access to your Google Business Profile and ad accounts.
A simple template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a plumbing company serving [City or area]. We'd like more [type of job]. Our average job is about [$ amount] and we get around [number] calls a week. Our website is [web address]. Could we talk about [Your question]?
What happens next
- We reply within one business day, usually sooner, to set a time to talk.
- The first conversation, a free 30-minute consultation for eligible trades businesses, is about your numbers, your market and your goals. No pitch deck.
- We look at your current setup: website, profile, ads and search visibility, so the advice is specific.
- You get a written recommendation with the plan we'd suggest, the cost, what we'd measure and a realistic timeline.
- You decide. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, so there's no long commitment to start.
News tips and corrections
Plumber.News also takes tips and corrections from readers. If you know about a code notice, a municipal plumbing program or a provincial change we haven't covered, send us the official link. If you think a story is wrong or out of date, tell us which part and send the source. We check it, and if we were wrong we fix the story and update its date.
We don't publish anonymous claims or second-hand reports without a source we can read ourselves. The standards are explained in the newsroom.
If you'd rather not talk yet
That's fine. Send a short text with your website address and service area, and we'll reply with two or three specific observations, in writing, that you can act on yourself.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to read first, the services overview explains what we do for plumbing companies, the pricing page lists the plans, and the FAQ covers contracts and ownership.
Plumber.News is a marketing and business consulting service, not a plumbing contractor. If you need a plumber for a leak or a repair, please call a licensed local plumbing company; we can't send anyone. For questions about who we are, see the about page.
